20th Anniversary- 9/11 NATIONAL DAY OF SERVICE

Small Acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world.

1. ALL PEOPLE are invited to join in a national day of service on Saturday, September 11, 2021, or during that week, to memorialize the 20th anniversary of the 9/11/2001 attacks on the USA. You can help unite and strengthen America by focusing on building a brighter future. Join together in a common cause to perform acts of service individually, in your family, in your neighborhood, or in your community, state, or nation. It is anticipated that in the coming weeks before the 9/11 anniversary many service project opportunities will become available. Check JustServe.org and your social media frequently as these projects are posted for community involvement.

2. You might join with family members or friends in performing an act of service for an elderly or home-bound relative or friend in your neighborhood. Help paint up, fix up or clean up a home, a yard, a fence or simply wash windows in your neighborhood. Find a need, fill a need on your own initiative.

3. Seek ways to join other groups in organizing or helping in projects to clean up streets, highways, local, state, and national parks, or similar efforts and initiatives.

4. Help in humanitarian efforts, blood drives, food drives, humanitarian relief efforts, etc., See other projects posted on JustServe.org

5. If you or your organization as a family, service club, school, faith-based group, business, civic organization, city, county, state, or federal organization desire to sponsor and/or organize a larger service project in your area and invite community participation you can post your project on JustServe.org following directions there.
