Instructions for Conference Ticket Recipients

Receiving and Using Your Tickets:

Check Your Email for a Ticket Notification:

You will receive an email with a link to access your tickets.
Click on the "My Tickets" link and sign into your account.
Note: This is not the same as your Church account, so you may need to sign up for a My Tickets account if you don’t have one.

Printing Tickets:

Choose View & Print and ensure you print the page with the barcode.
Only one copy of each ticket should be printed. Multiple copies with the same barcode will all be invalid except for the first one scanned.
Print one ticket per page to ensure the barcodes are scannable.

Accessing Tickets Digitally:

You can choose to access tickets digitally by viewing them from your phone. Ensure the barcode is visible for scanning.
